idk about the board could be + 15 walk speed bonus ? is good for everyone , on my view if stack with peco is better for peco rideers.
Or maybe idk since is a snow board 10% resist to water? |

I know a few people who can put 10-15% cast delay reduction to a devastating use. Almost like it's over-powering.
Ofcourse, I'm talking about the person who posted this idea, and anyone else who has atleast one Kiel.
I can think of a few ways without a Kiel card to make this a powerful item.

Agreed :e Dont see why people are complaining when they're getting new stuff to toy around with.
Dark Sword - 15<-- Credits.
All stats +10, Reduce after-cast delay by 5%.
Peco Peco Wings - Questable.
Increase walk speed by 10%
Decrease cast delay by 10%
Luk +10.
Welp not everyone has money to throw away on a game and all. Look at it this way in exchange for 5% delay you get +10 stats which really isnt too shabby. And if 'donation' items are always better then questable items where does that leave the poor kids who PvP?:e Also! Games that are 'donation' ruled suck ass IMO <_<

i agree the changes needed on the Skateboard since it doesn't give any extra bonus stats other than +10 to all stats. Also i fully support the ideas that Bubbaknoxz mentioned =p, i was going to mention something about those new head gears too xD.
As for the dark sword, imo i believe -5% reduction delay is good enough. How can you compare peco peco wings (questable) that DOESN't give that initial +10 to all stats to dark sword(donation)? Like TearOtoku mentioned, reason why Luzz has made the new donate as 15 USD becasue of that additional effect from the initial +10 to all stats.

About the cast delay. Why would you pay for something like that when you have something better? :S Plus, I wasn't actually meaning. It was just a question in my part, and this is a suggestion. Doesn't mean it will happen and it doesn't mean it will not. People agree with me, and by far, if it WAS for the cast delay, I would have only thrown sword in. <3 TYVM. |

:c I also believe the player that suggested this said a price and what he wanted. If they didn't put the sword here cause of him, why would you change it? He was the one with the idea, and thanks to him you have the sprite. S: Not saying Rainkid should follow everyones suggestion. Just saying he should at least put them balanced. No one would pay 15 bucks for a broken peco wing, maybe just for looks. NOT everyone has money to throw on a game, and the people who do get less credit for donating? It's a donate, not some stat food. In this case, why not lower it to +5 stats if It's such a bother? New people are always accepted in pvp. Just don't be smack talkin'? Games that are donation ruled are unbalanced. But in this case, I believe that there are about 148 DONATIONS and QUESTABLE items for new people and old players themselves. |
