Now on the topic at hand. I would not like to see this happen. why? because i dont agree with #2 first hour 1 castle next hour 5. As many of you have said the larger guild will dominate and there is no chance for the little guilds and will force them into larger ones. Im a fan of smaller guilds and i say y should we make them delete there guild and join another? I like the fact that there are smaller guilds now and puttin this into affect will suck for them. They wont stand a chance and will be dominated. and with out #2 the random esses will lead to everyone just campin 1 castle. and thats not the way woe was meant to be.
Was meant so everyone had a chance to own a castle to get esses and meant that you would fight for it and not have to get a no name castle and just sit for the other hour and fifty mins doing nothing. I honestly believe changing the current system will result in a worse woe situation for everyone. You will recieve more complaints about the new than the old.
So to save everyone trouble in the future just keep woe the way it is. |
The current WOE system blows dick... 10 castles for barely 60 people... That means 6 people per castle IF that, and thats a big fking IF.
If you have a small guild, man the fk up, grow a pair, and get better. Or get absorbed into a bigger guild. WoE wasn't made for the little guilds to get shit easy.
And what large guilds are there in this server? Ichiban? WoF? KoF? SOS? We have 13 actives for WOE! That's a big number right there WOOO HOOOO!!!! Go play on a server that has a population of at least 1000 to see how a real WOE is. Till then you haven't seen a WOE.
To say you don't want a change because people whine is crazy. Do you ever wonder why the server population hasn't grown in the last 2 years? We have more merchants on then ACTIVE players. Shit needs to change or else nothing can happen to make people stay.

I wasnt upset... I was baffled that people honestly think the server is going to get better without any changes. If you find WOE interesting as it currently stands, that says two things about you. 1. You want shit easy. 2. You don't care about anyone but yourself. Thats the way I see it.

Woe isnt easy now o.o maybe for you but for me not so easy sir. and You dont know me like that to just call me selfish O_o in fact i find that rather insulting. I said i dont want changes to woe I find woe fine the way it is. If you think im selfish then I think your sadly mistaken ^_^ This isnt about changin the server this is about woe i thought O_o And as I said I think its fine the way it is. Feel free to have your opinion about me. People who know me know im not selfish thats all that matters ^_^
Yes i find woes current system fine the way it is. Every woe is a challenge to keep a castle or get one O_o Nothing comes easy.

Also... About the castle rotation, does it mean every WoE will have separate castles each time with the first hour Prontera only?

Dave Chappelle I believe is that reference. Anyways, I vote yes on 1 and 3, on the fence as well about 2. Then again, I come and go like the wind in WoE, so my vote may not mean much. As for making things harder, well, WoE is already difficult on its own, and limiting the number of castles open at a time may actually help strengthen some of the guilds that currently fight, making them work better as a unit or even make them start recruiting more players, and if changing woe like this makes us gain more players, well, those 'smaller' guilds that everyone's been worrying about, will actually gain more players in their ranks, and thus won't be so small any more right? Either way, that's my two cents on this matter.
Also, Yes Mono, I remember when this was a game and was fun, but for me it still is =D

what if all castles of Prontera is open on the first hour? then all the rest on the second? would that solve the problem? it seems everyone is fighting for Prontera castles already and yet this have not been implemented. ^_^
if many castles open at the same time, everyone is given equal opportunity to grab and defend what they think is best for them, then select another in the 2nd hour, this way, we still have fun and get to choose which castles we like ^_^
