seraphineess , flame lord doesnt cast the sonic blow tht's the resonance .

atack speed normal swingers should only wear flame lord .

While tankers should wear both or resonance .

I remember when the Resonance ring would cast Sonic Blow, but Sonic Blow would not break up your attacks.
So, you could get a few Sonic Blows in a row, if you're lucky, and your target reflected damage.

They changed it so it wouldn't be so unfair.

thats the script for ring of teh flame lord, and as you can see, if BOTH are equipped it casts sonic blow, therefore it DOES come from ring of the flame lord.

I say keep it the way it is.

Normal max attack speed is 190 and 90% of people should never even reach that.
That is the basis these items were created for.

I guess, though..
I guess I'm just biased towards low rate, max 99 level and stats, etc, etc.
