The current MVP room is ok and everything, but at times i just want to kill certain MVP's and leave. How about making a MVP room that lets you summon which MVP you want and makes you wait 5-10 mins before you can spawn another.
Summons all MVP's but the following:
Kiel (Must have quest done)
VR
Thana (Must have the items to spawn him)
Bio Lab (Must have Bio lab quest done to get them)
Naught, other ET MVP, and GTB( Can't be summoned at all in MVP room)
In order to get the above MVP's you have to do a quest. What the quest will give you is an Arena Pass that will allow you to summon any MVP of your choice. But if you summon one of the above ones you'll have to wait 15-30 mins before you can spawn another MVP of Any type. Only one MVP can be spawned at a time. Also if you spawn the ones above you must pay 500k zeny per spawn.
The quest can be something like bring items(Skye picks items) to make the pass to such and such place. Or put a sign post in RO world that tells you what town/dungeon you have to go to for the next post. The last one will give you the pass and announce you completed the quest.
This will generally help fix the insane MVP card prices, and bring some kind of change to the current MVP room... Its an idea and I know the scripting for this style of MVP room will be difficult to do, but it is better in my eyes.

I actually like this idea, except for the part about paying 500k, make it something like a shop, prices for mvp's vary on how good their respective card is, and how difficult they are (i.e TG, not exactly difficult to beat, already available in mvp arena 1, but his card is actually pretty decent, so have him somewhere around 100k, where as something like Gloom has a good woe card, has a decent challenge to him, and isn't available in mvp arena 1, would cost about the usual 500K+).

i agree that some cards are over price, but this will make the rare card become very common.....
if your idea works,
i think that 500k per summon is too cheap! bloody branch is summon random mvp and each cost about 5m.....
if you want to get rare mvp card from easy way, why don't play high rate server? 
this is what in my mind, just share with you.

man im a hunter and i feel your pain. sometimes i wanna just go find gloom or someone and just kill them have a shot. but.....i kinda like the aspect of hunting too cause the reward is much more satisfying when you go out and do it yourself. its a good idea but i dont see it happening. the whole point of the current MVP's in the mvp room is so you can get some decent cards not amazingly bada$$ cards. Thats why lady tanee was chosen in maya's place say other than Garm or some other mvp.

500k was just a figure i through out there. We could make it higher but remember this will most likely replace the old MVP room. For some thats how they make there money. Others just camp things in musco. Zeny will become a bit more problematic, again its just an idea.
To me $200 (200gc =$200) for one card is what we call overkill for any game. I don't know about you but $200 equals about 2 of my textbooks for college. I don't see what prices should be anywhere remotely near there. With the new MVP room a Kiel could still net you 50gc's because MVP card rate would be reduced to .10 in that room.
Maya P isn't rare yet it sells for 20gc and 3 spawn every 15 mins. Price will go down, yes, but it will be in the range where everyone can afford it.
This will also drop down the prices of BB's if implemented. I mean some people buy gc's for 35m. So BB's should be selling for 3.5m instead, but I have seen em go for 1m as well.
I say in the servers current state when I can see stores selling 11 incans 10 of some other MVP card look similar to that of a high rate drop rate.

The way I can possibly see this happening is the price being around 5m (usual price for BB's) for each summon, The idea of Kiel and VR being in the Mvp room does sound tricky, but they should only be avaliable to those who have done the quest ( For Kiel that is ). Aswell as a time limit before you can spawn again, just like the OP stated. The current droprate seems fairly reasonable too, so there wouldn't be a massive flood of everyone having such and such card.

I like Hunting cards too but there are times where I don't feel like wasting the time to search a map for 2 hours looking for a MVP. Those 2 hours I could be typing up a paper or bsing with more people in town.
I hunt certain MVP's, for example TGen. I don't want to kill Orc Lord, Orc Hero, Phree, and the whispers. Getting one of those cards instead of getting the card I went in there for in the first place stings. I've had it happen to me on too many occasions.
Lady Tanee is a good card in the right hands. It's a Champs card similar to how FB is a wizzy/prof card really. Each card in there may be good to one class and utterly suck for another. Can a wizzy use a Tgen? They could but would it be beneficial? Of course not. Maya was replaced because she didn't drop a card if she did she would probably still be in there I think.

i know that cause im the one that posted the forum on changing maya in the mvp room. felt like if she didnt drop a card get her out of there lol. and like i said i feel your pain man. but half the fun(at least to me) is hunting the card. i wish i could fight a whole room full of turtle gens too but nope..not gonna happen. And besides, the cost of cards would drop so much that EVERYONE in their homunculus would have a turtle gen card..or a whatever card.

Let me try to clear up some confusion, what Bubba is saying is that you can only spawn 1 of the Mvp you want Each 15 or so minutes. Not an entire room full of a certain Mvp.

i understand about the wanting to summon a rather hard one to get like ifrit or kiel or something. but come on...sounds like its just trying to make the game lazier. GET OUT AND HUNT DAMMIT

It's not acutally us being lazy, it's more of a means of fixing the price on cards. Not many people have $200 or so laying around to spend on 1 card. Seriously, the prices are the rediculous. Yes it might be a good card, but the price tag for it is more along the lines of someone having to donate or be extremely lucky to find it.

Seriusly card prices are out of mind . i would stay pay 5-6 m or moar to sum a mvp .. maybe a bb zeny dealer . like u can buy bb for zeny not depending on the payon bb sellers tht usually are pple who bought 10 gc for 35 m and is sellin bb for 5 m ea .
I suport this or w/e tht can help see some more variety . |

First you said it was too easy and everyone will get rare cards. Now that you see your only allowed one summon per 5-10mins its pointless? It makes the MVP cards somewhat more difficult to get like they should be, but also cuts the pricing down quite a bit. Thats the point of this MVP room.
When a Incan sells for 10m and a Tgen sells for 90m whats the difference? They both spawn in the MVP room and are both good cards, but one cost more than the other? As of right now they both can be farmed to no end so the price should be technically the same. Right?
Now your talking about going out and hunting, when you just said you can kill more tgens in 15 mins in it current state, than if this MVP room is implemented? Kind of sounding hypocritical aren't you? You prefer none stop MVP's, rather than limited ration of a MVP.... Interesting

killing in the mvp rooms is hunting its a constant battle. and the reason turtle gens better is it does 20% more damage and magnum break, incant only works on regular monsters not boss monsters. and no im not a hypocrite for using the mvp rooms at my disposal. i do go out and hunt all the others that arent in there but when im bored or wanna try and make some cash i go to the rooms so bite me XD
