Where can I make wings?
which towns have wing makers in them?

There are three custom wing quests, but you'll have to think like them in order to find them. Peco Peco wings start in the town near Peco Pecos. Gazeti wings in the town near Gazetis. ...and Filir wings in the town most related to Filirs.

That's all the hints I can give. =)

Reneshin already helped me to find the Ice wing maker, I just need the other wing makers, if its no trouble at all please tell me their locations?

Try going a couple maps south of Prontera ^^ Act fast if you see a Knight <3

Wait what?
When I did that quest, he didn't teleport when I found him.
Sure he's in different places all over the map but I never actually saw him
teleport.

Neo, he doesn't warp fast, he only warps AFTER you click him, and in the case of someone else clicking him, he will also warp away. Which is why I prefer doing this alone and not with others that will click him just for the heck of it D:

I will give you a hint, though. That NPC is a really shy guy and he doesn't like to come out of his corner.

i cant locate him anywhere in lighthalzen T_T

i've turned every stone, i've checked all the buildings, looked under all the skirts of the young women, I even went underground for it but i still cant find it T_T
