tht spell should have some adelay like 0.3 sec delay
= 3 lightin spear each sec , IMO ninja hits u about 7 bolts in a second .

Lightning crash should be blocked by land protector and counted fully as an aoe, not half, if anything at all.

LSI really has no place here, lightning crash does.
