Hello all! New member of Reign here. Just thought I would say hi and get to know some people.

I first played RO around the time when IRO was coming out of beta testing. I started playing it before it went P2P, and when it did go P2P I was already hooked. I mostly played on Sakray and had my guild there for quite awhile. However, finances ended up causing me to quit RO. When I came back all my friends were gone, and there wasn’t much that was keeping me there paying to play the game. So for awhile I went and played on the Limit RO server. However, after a little while of building up some characters I ended up quitting again and actually went and played WoW for some time.

Lately I found some extra free time and wanted to come back to RO again, wasn’t too thrilled with Limit RO, but tried there to see if I wanted to come back. It still had some of the things that bugged me and so I came here to Reign Online.

So far I like it, I like the fast leveling, as I don’t really have time to spend months getting my characters to where I want them to be. I also like the different perks, like the warpers that are in every city.

Now I only need to make some friends and possibly find a “for fun guild” where I can just hang out.

I am currently focusing on leveling an assassin (Liriel), but I have also built a blacksmith, a hunter, and two acos one I want to make into a priest and the other into a monk. If anyone sees me in game and wants to say hi please do, I am rather shy and often tend to do my own thing, but I am friendly and would love to chat with anyone interested.

welcome, and trust me the lvling is only fast at lower lvls or with angra ... and even with angra it gets slow as you make your way to max

anyways if you are lookin for a friendly guild you can try hanase, rdh, or ... some others ... i still donno most of the guilds out there

oh and ... if you have any questions dont hessitate to ask, if no other member can help you or it is something only a gm can help you with they are easily reached via @request in game

Thanks ze Toft, I am pretty self sufficient though. It comes from growing up on Sakray you kind of learn to make due for yourself. But thank you for the offer!

Pet the fish? Where? How? Fish are fun to pet, a bit slimey but fun, as long as they don’t bite. :)

Sakray I think was a different kind of difficult than the main servers. Because it was a smaller server it meant that it took a little longer for the economy to be built up. So if you wanted some nice item, often you had to go and find it. I started my main character Pendran on Sakray right when they started the server. At that point there was very little people there, and there were no priests you could buy a warp off of. So I ended up walking almost everywhere.

But Sakray always had a sort of small town feel to it. People tended to know other people, and it all worked out. On the forums though everyone was very quick to point out that our server could be wiped at any point and because of this they would never start on our server. It kept things small, which was, I think, how Sakray people liked it.

I have always liked characters built for fun rather than built to kick butt. My main on Sakray (Pendran) was a battle priest, which as it sounds is not effective at pretty much anything but having fun. I actually built her before monks came around, so it was sort of fun to have something that in some way resembled a monk before there were monks.
