Is this possible? I mean, if for instance, I possessed something worth more or less 10gc, is it possible for me to redeem it for coins again? Much obliged. _________________

It is not. Gold Coins exist so that you can offer them as gifts to other players or sell them for zeny. Once credits or Gold coins have been used for donation items, the donations themselves remain account-locked and cannot ever return to being Gold coins(, Bloody Branches, or Max Level gift boxes). _________________

But you are able to use any unspet points to buy GC if they were not already used for donation items, right? _________________

Ah, I see. But a friend of mine's quitting and all, and wouldn't want it to go to waste, so she was hoping to give it to me. Would this be possible? _________________

Credits can be turned into anything, including Gold Coins. Gold coins can be sold or given away as gifts. There are the only type of obtainable item from the Donation girl that are not account bound.
Everything else from the Donation girl NPC is account bound; and thus it will not be possible to ever trade them to a different player. (This is why you cannot perform a Donation trade-in and receive Gold coins from your trade-ins). _________________

I see your point, Skye. And I appreciate a good thought. :] However, I'd like to ask if this case may as well be an exception considering she and I are friends and she permits that I inherit her credit. Also, I see no real risk or threat. Another is that it is slightly impractical that you cannot trade items for GC. Except of course the consumable items. Otherwise, it seems pretty pointless. Thank you for your consideration. _________________

I like your point mindfreak. Ip addresses and logs prove it is her herself trying to give it away.
That aside, the gms just do not do it, I have tried many times. Even swapping my donates from one main account to my other main which the gms were well aware was my account also, my request was still rejected.
My guess is that, if this was allowed, although the process of veryfying users wouldn't be an issue, with everyone on the server requesting this, it would all add up and be just too much to handle for the gms, timewise. All rainkid was ever doing when he did allow donate transfers was transfer between accounts or people all the time, not very fun I am guessing.
The punchline; I would like to see it allowed, but it won't be :S _________________ Characters-

Donate to Support Reign Online wrote: | Should you be feeling generous and grateful, you can offer a Donation to Reign Online. Donations are 100% voluntary and are not required to play or enjoy Reign Online. |

Both of the above are directly quoted from the Game Account page (once you have logged in to your account) in regards to donations. First and foremost, donations are monetary contributions to Reign Online for the betterment and ongoing upkeep and improvement of the server itself.
When the time comes for you to leave Reign Online, as with all games, your work (and your legacy) will be left behind. Should you ever choose to take up your weapon again, it will all be left exactly where it was before.
The conditions of donating to the server are made entirely clear from step one.

An extremely important point of account-bound donations, among many points, is that it alleviates a significant concern among players. Specifically the concern of donations simply "disappearing" (ie: A player accessing an account and trading all of the donations out of that account into their own) while that player is offline. It is an additional preventative measure in an attempt to make players stop sharing accounts (as it is, and will forever be, against the rules).
If players completely stop sharing their accounts, we may consider allowing donations to be traded once more; but I highly doubt this will ever happen.
It's neither an issue of time, nor of identity. _________________

Err yes it is. You pretty much told us half the reason, or preventative, was to stop donations from 'disappearing'. And rainkid said on many occasions he was sick of wasting all of his time dong this. _________________ Characters-
