1. Benefits ALL players, or at the very least, most of them.

2. Solves or attempts to solve a clear problem or issue.

3. The suggestion will benefit Reign Online in the long run. We care about the future of Reign Online.

Hello.
I'm making this topic for people with questions, doubts, or any further notice.
I went through the new donations, and I figured out something really.. weird. I was guessing it was fine it's way, but then.. Something hit me.


Dark Sword - 15<-- Credits.
All stats +10, Reduce after-cast delay by 5%.

Peco Peco Wings - Questable.
Increase walk speed by 10%
Decrease cast delay by 10%
Luk +10.

I don't understand. I paid 15 rough bills from my wallet to pay for a dark sword that will produce me less than peco wings. (Dark Sword is by far better looking.) Can there be a change? It is not fair to all players in my part. We pay enough money for the sword, and recieve a broken peco wing. =(


OTHER thing I've noticed.

Skateboard - 15 <-- Credits. 15 Dollars. 750million zeny.
+10 to all stats.

15 bucks for +10 to all stats? No further effect? I believe not many people would buy it. =[ Maybe just for looks in my part. I don't think It's very fair to pay 15 dollars and recieve the stat effects of a 10 dollar donation.

1. For the sword I say the same thing it should be +10 all stats and 10 after cast delay. Make it on par with the other donates, and the peco wings. I mean we are paying more for it so it should be much better then the current donates are. i.e 10 all stats and 15 aftercast... like I first suggested.


2. The board needs something added to it for a 15gc item. For example Increase Movement, or make it a variant to the sword with aftercast delay? This way ppl have options of how they wanna look.


3. Another donate I see as being to powerful is the Pisces Crown. 30% to one ele is too much even if its meant for leveling. You wear that and a valk set with a pot and your immune to fire. Just negated Mag break, Meteor Storm, etc. I can understand for leveling, but for pvp it's too much. How about making it 10 or 15 even to fire instead?

4 Garm Hat, reduce it to 5%, thats all.

5. Aquarius Crown gives way to much flee, can it be made to Flee +10 instead of 10%? This one is a tricky one because no matter what it wont work.

pisces crown could be balanced like pure helm ? like a variable 20% to neutral one another 20% to water the same could go for "other dont know wht to do" zodiac hats , like teh cancer helm .

Bubba and Kumori pretty much sum'd up the basic issues with the new donates, but there is one that is a pet peeve for me. The backpacks being a mid headgear instead of a lower, but I'll wait and see in the long run if it's worth fixing or not... @_@

one thing i noticed sadly is there is nothing that can help a support priest or any support classes all that much, you either need insanely rare cards such as bacsojin to boost heal etc. there's lots of ways to reduce AC delay but nothing to boost heal for example besides a maiden hat that only has one slot. Not a big demand for support build class items but that's because you need too many rare cards to make it effective imo. Why not make a donation headgear such as a certain type of tiara that has the following effect for example:

"All stats +10. Boost Heal effectiveness by 10%" has 2 slots. or:
"Int +15, All other stats +10, boost heal effectiveness by 5%" has 2 slots.

something like that would be great for priests since the only magic based items mainly help wizzies right now. ^.^

I don't hate the idea, but I think that 15 GC's may be to cheap.
I know a few people who can put 10-15% cast delay reduction to a devastating use. Almost like it's over-powering.
Ofcourse, I'm talking about the person who posted this idea, and anyone else who has atleast one Kiel.
I can think of a few ways without a Kiel card to make this a powerful item.

Still. A suggestion is a suggestion and I'm a player. Surely they'll have to read this and comment on it if they don't want players to leave. Anyhow, I'm just saying.. we pay 15 bucks for it, and peco are questable, so does he NOT want us to donate for it? Also, I don't care if they won't change it. But it does not affect only me, but to many people in the server too. I think my post was clear and if you do not want to read it and do so, be free to not do it.

maybe, I think I'm trying to solve an issue? Skateboard is overpriced too, not being selfish, but +10 stats for 15 credits? And there are +10 wings? Why pay 5 more bucks?

will benefit most players, especially pvpers and stuff. people like having fun, too.

Just to add to the discussion: I personally love the appearance of the Peco Wings. =) Everyone views a sprite in their own way, and not everyone will like the same item. Just keep that in mind.

i don't know but i think there is a flaw in this, the dark sword gives at least 10 + all stats and only 10+ luk for peco wings, but your main focus is basically on cast delay instead of the full extent of the wings effects. so the price of it seems fair to me s:
