Well seing as i'm bored i'm gonna bring up the topic of raising card rates from 1/1000 to 1/100 drop. I figure if the rates increase it'll make those rare cards 'less' rare and drop the prices of cards.

Play a higher rate server then? This server specifically states 20x drop rate, you knew that when you joined lol.

Before you join a server like this, the base exp/job exp/drop rate is been issue, at the first place before you play this server you know what will be the risk of it.

Drop rates will not be changed outside of increased rates and drops events.
