yes it is a lower gear but i think luzz can make it a mid gear so it can equip with wings xD

This is an official RO item that has not been released yet. It's a part of the new set that is coming out soon. Any other servers that have this, or a similar item, simply implemented it as a custom item on their own as the official script has not been added yet.
When this item is released in the script, and does not cause crashes, it will be added to Reign as it is.
We will not add this as a Mid headgear due to the slot incompatibility. This item was made to be positioned at a certain place as a "Lower" headgear. Adding it as a mid-gear would make it stick out of the player's nose.
