| Started the program and diet on Monday. So far it's been intense. Dieting sucks but I'm tryin to get those abs poppin. Today was yoga day and holy sh*t. 94 Minutes of twisting into positions no man should ever be in. |

@ Bean - Insanity is more geared towards cardio. P90X towards muscle tone. Although they're both pretty intense on both cardio and muscle. I plan on finishing p90x, then insanity, then p90x2 |

Dropped like 7 pounds in 4 days. Not tryin to lose weight but I was like damn. Plyometrics was some good sh*t. |
