I'm not opposed to the idea, but I don't know how much it will help.

The three classes that use it each have better ways of mitigating/leaving combat.

Priest: Agi up/agi down. Aspersio + Angeling.
Wizard: Storm Gust and Quagmire.
Professor: Spider web and Wall of Fog.

Now, if your enemy as a GTB, the priest and wizard alternatives do not work. But then spamming safety wall would only delay your death. I guess it would work if you just want to delay until help comes.

I don't think it should have enough charges to spam fast enough to prevent all damage. (and I don't know how many this would be, but 20 sounds like too many).

If safety wall was meant to help counter GTB shutting down these classes against auto attack champs, I would rather it be 10 (or lower) charges and reflect a portion of what would have been the damage, kind of like a Maya.

But as it stands now, it's decent for mitigating attacks (and amazing if you combine it with Wall of Fog!), stops enemy pneuma if placed offensively, and stops Asura strike which is more use than some of the other skills.

I personally don't like it too much, I've seen people in WoE who just spam Safety Wall on themselves every time it runs out. A bit annoying to me personally. :O

Hmm
I think this is reasonable I mean really 196 ASPD with 10-11 hits that's like in 5 second besides it's hard to spam it in one place or so. and when you get hit a lot of times it's hard to target your self with it.
