The WoE Variance timer is an implement that causes WoE to end 2-4 minutes early or late. This is to prevent castle camping and last minute emp rushes. |
Yeah what Edgar said basically sums it up.
Like a Wednesday WoE could end anywhere between 10:58pm to 11:02pm server time I believe. (I can't remember if it was 2 or 4 min, but 4 min seems like a lot)
That way someone can't just time how fast they break and know exactly the best time to rush/break.
I think it makes WoE a little more unpredictable, which is more fun in my book 
I just want to know if it's official or what ;x |

WoE end time variance simply makes it much more difficult to camp outside and wait for the last 30 seconds, which happened often before the the variance time was implemented.
Yes - some gears have changed. Ninja cannot wear some gear now because (I believe, but need to confirm) those gear are reserved for reborn classes and kagerou and oboro are supposed to be Ninja's reborn class.
If, in fact, this is true - I will revert back to allow Ninjas to re-equip these items.
Feel free to list some of these items if you ran into this problem.

Elemental sword should not cast the 4 spell togheter when is like a vanilmirth hat but with a higher %.
