i believe that reporting people because theyre killing you in PVP is so lame LOL. if you dont wanna die, go out of PVP. simple right? thats why its called PVP right?

I believe he's trying to say that he believes whoever posted "that topic" (Grandpa Dreadnaught I believe it's spelled) is stupid because "i believe that reporting people because theyre killing you in PVP is so lame LOL", and that a person (namely a GM) should feel the same way, unless they are "stupid like the one who posted that topic".
Now, as far as I'm concernd, you are correct. The point of PvP is to fight.
This doesn't need to be stated, however. There has been discussion about this both in that topic and probably several times before it.
Yes, fighting, KoS, etc. is allowed. But he was not reporting for simply being killed, he felt that they were being killed as a FORM of harassment, not as a form of fun of PvP, and if he truly felt that he had the right to report it, whether he turned out right or wrong.
Finally, in response to your "not so stupid like the one who posted the topic" comment:
What makes you think your thought process becomes law? Just because someone feels that the point of the killing was not to play/have fun but rather to purposefully be annoying and hateful to them means that they're idiots by your rules? His point of view, though flawed in the end, had a valid point. What's yours? To state the obvious? To push your views onto everyone else?
What makes you think you are acting any better by saying this? Before you speak, think about what you are saying first. This is just another excuse to cause drama.
