Well.. yes.. the best ramen I had was in Kyoto, Japan....
But I was really thinking of Ippudo in NYC, so I guess that makes it the second best ramen in the world!

Phew, none in Chicago. Which means Edgar's isn't the best, because, well, it would be sad if you had the best, then died. Which Edgar's ramen normally does to people.
