I believe it is because Angra is not a dagger or a one-handed sword. If it was of the dagger class or one-handed sword class, I would suspect that an Assassin would be able to dual-wield Angras. _________________

Or it's just too damn rigged! XD But that would be nice if you could wield two. _________________ Reneshin ~ 255 Knight Lord

tried that, it seems angra cant be equipped on the left hand of the sin.
i was trying to make the sinX double attack with angra on the left and a dagger on the right hand which would technically make the SinX double attack even with angra on. but its just not meant to be. cruel fate as it is, Angra Manyu is considered a Rod weapon. and SinX's can only double wield Swords, Daggers and some Axes. you could try for a crit type tho, but the damage would be lessened, probably because the damage will be split to your left hand and right hand damage.
hope I explained enough ^_^ _________________

No matter what it is its one handed so it should be able to be duel wielded,
not like you can pvp with it if they wana wast $30 to duel wield some angre let em. _________________ An eye for an eye leaves the whole world blind

but its not a dagger, sword or axe, and the Angra Manyu is a Rod weapon, so truthfully it won't be able to be double wielded, if it was very strict, Sins could not be able to wield it too cause its a Rod, it would've been limited to Magic users only if they were to implement strict class policy. _________________

The reason is because angra is actually considered to be bare-hand. Right-hand, bare-hand, more specifically. As such, all classes can equip it with minimal class/weapon bonus/reduction, and only on the right hand.
