Sure enough, the Leo Crown did not work as advertised.
The item has been modified to:
"A golden crown adorned with a huge emerald. All stats +10. When you attack using magical ability, it will ignore 5% of your enemy's MDEF."
A small patch has been issued with this updated item description.
Anyone who has one and wish to trade it in, please find me online.
