I keep freezing as I am walking and it's really aggravating when I'm doing a quest I have to completely log out out and log in again only to have it freeze midstep again is there anything that can be done to fix this plz and thank you

This server has no lag. Problems could be amongst maybe your firewall? or even downloads in the backround. Windows tends to like to update itself and not tell you, so that could maybe be it.

no downloads and i have automatic updates shut off it's not my computer but if it's not the main server it might be the network here that i am using somebody likes to wait real late and suck the bandwidth out of the whole building it gets frustrating the reason i mentioned it is because my husband is hooked to the same network and he wasn't lagging in the least but i kept freezing midstep every 5 min

'Lag' simply does not exist server-side due to our network infrastructure and server set up.

My hunch is, you have stray processes that are eating up all your CPU cycles, or you have a rogue application or driver that is constantly polling for some non-existent system resource.
