The NPC does not appear, though I can see it with my MayaP, hidden.
Am I the only person who this happened to?
And yes, I tried @ >Lusalka can only be found between 5pm and 6am PST. |

I believe this quest is complete and without bugs.
I'll give it a full test tomorrow to confirm.

this is one of thoses quest you gota go on certain specific "server time" ie: night time betwen 7 and 12 .. u get the idea?
