Regarding your account username, password, and email address:

1. NEVER give out your password to ANYONE. No staff member will, under ANY circumstances, ask you for your username, password, or email. Do not give your account information to people you know or do not know. Do not trust anyone with this information. Do not give out your account even if you leave. Do not give out your account information even if you are in love. NEVER GIVE OUT YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION AND DO NOT SHARE ACCOUNTS. If you have been sharing accounts with other players, change your password NOW. If you continue to share your account, it is understood that you are in essence giving ALL your items away, and MAY get all your accounts banned.

1a. Do NOT use your account on any computer other than your own. Do NOT use your account in a cyber cafe. Do NOT use your computer at your friend's house. If they steal your password, it is NOT our fault.

1b. Do NOT download and run any programs from other players, or shady websites. There are NO SUCH THING as programs that can hack or dupe. If you download such programs and your account information is stolen, it is YOUR fault. Not only will you not get your account and items back, you will also be permanently banned.

1c. DO NOT use anybody else's account. If you take items from another account, they CAN be taken away from you, and you CAN be banned.

DO NOT SHARE YOUR ACCOUNT WITH OTHERS, AND DO NOT USE OTHER PEOPLE'S ACCOUNTS. YOU CAN LOSE YOUR ITEMS AND YOU CAN BE BANNED. JUST DON'T DO IT.

2. Don't give your items to anyone if you desire to get them back. Do not hand it to them to repair, to upgrade, to sell, to borrow, or to name. If you hand any item to any person, it is a risk that YOU take and accept. There is a (very high) possibility that you will not get your item(s) back. There is no such thing as lending. If you give another players something it is GIVING.

3. Do NOT lend zeny to anyone. If you lend zeny to anyone, you accept the risk that you may not get it back. No such thing as lending.


Change your password NOW if anyone else knows your password.

In the above cases, Reign Online staff WILL NOT assist you. YOU are responsible for your own actions.

On a side note, any player giving out their account information or items or zeny is NOT called a 'hack'. Stop misusing this term.
