The Full Installer solves 100% of all client side problems, assuming your hardware, drivers, DirectX, and Operating System are all working and properly configured.

In order to properly re-install the Full Installer:

1. Remove all Reign Online icons on your Desktop

2. Remove all Reign Online folders on your hard drive (If you have other RO clients installed in your Reign Online folder, you may want to back up those files first, along with any screen shots you might have).

3. Do a search for Reign Online on your computer to make sure there are no traces left.

4. Download the Full Installer from the Download Page

5. Install to a brand new ReignOnline folder.

6. The Full Installer will automatically run the client and patch after installation is completed.

(Reminder, do not use any download managers to download the Full Client. It WILL corrupt your download)
