Hello there, adoring this server, esp. the great mid rates and such and the points system etc.

However, I've seen that some of the hats from the silver coin NPC should be available through gameplay, such as the angelic headband etc.

Have you removed these hats from gameplay so they are only available through this NPC, or are they still questable/droppable?

if i remember correctly, most of the voter headgears were never actually questable. however, as for the ones that are, i THINK have been removed. i know luzz was planning to add the Baphomet Horns (the new ones) to the voter npc, instead of putting the quest in. at least as far as i have been told...

Official Quest items will always be added as official quests under the sole condition that we have a fully functional quest script implemented. If we receive a glitched quest that is not capable of delivering the item, we instead add the item to the Silver Coin NPC until that item is obtainable.

If an existing Silver Coin hat is later released as a Quest item, the Silver Coin version will be removed from the Silver Coin shop and only the Quest Item will remain obtainable.

If there is an existing, official, quest for any Silver Coin hat, it is our priority to make that Quest the one way of obtaining that item. We do not omit Official quests.

But roughly 90% of the Silver Coin items are actually event or Kafra Shop items, meaning that they had no quest in the first place. =)
