Either its a bug or skill description is wrong. Several skills and attacks get through, one namely being pressure.
Nothing could attack the old basilica, now its different. It its not a bug, the skill description should be fixed, as it says it protects you from ANY type of attack.
But i think its a bug.

I believe this change was made over 7 months ago, and is official:

Not much more information to go by, so I'll leave this ticket open.

I realize this doesn't EXACTLY correspond to the question, but it's something to think about:
What happens when the world's strongest spear and the world's sturdiest shield collide? Something MUST give way. but they are both so powerful, so which is it? The answer is: neither wins, either the Earth implodes, it explodes, or it is simply impossible for the two items to exist and/or cross paths.
Pressure's description is that it always attacks through EVERYTHING, while Basilica says that it can defend against ALL attacks. If these two attacks were to collide, I think it's safe to assume that either the server would crash or the server would lag indefinately. @_@
So in order to avoid this, Pressure was made to go through Basilica
