If you are receiving this error, that means one of two things

1. You did not download and install the Full Installer, and you've installed the Small Installer incorrectly.

2. Your download was corrupted.

PLEASE use Full Installer. If you did download the Full Installer, PLEASE download it again, as your download might have been broken or corrupted.

We have a few fast download links, so try them all.

The Full Installer should be installed into an EMPTY directory. Other files not included in the Full Installer could interfere with the game client, so installing the Full Installer onto an existing directory is a BAD idea.
