I don't have a kiel and I like the extra 5 % For aftercast delay. Plus. Whenever I have bascojin on and GTB.. My sp is eaten away so badly with expert rings so I mainly base with Sprint Rings ^^

240^2 is 57600
meaning that for the 15 more stats you are doing about 13% more damage than the lower int build. But I guess if you find other stats more useful, they are more usef ... |

The potions are just a catalyst in Potion Pitcher, like arrows and Gemstones. You don't actually consume them the way you do with fx. Gigglings.

I say remove healing items from WoE. Only way to heal up then is with a Biochemist, Champion or Priest.
Removing healing items would remove a biochemists method of healing as potions would no longe ... |

I don't think there should be a strict X seconds for X amount of heal, as it penalizes less heals for the same amount as greater heals.
